Chuck Hagel:Being An Obama Minion Might Pay Off

Susan Rice has withdrawn her bid for a shot at Secretary of State, now the defacto lead candidate is Chuck Hagel (I will refrain from linking him back to Nebraska).

Not everybody is happy about this, especially people in Nebraska who had their dislike for Hagel validated with his blood-brother ties to Obama.  Nebraskan’s aren’t the only group having heartburn over Chuck Hagel having any major role in any administration, let alone this administration.

Democrat and Republican Jewish groups are vehemently opposed to Hagel’s potential nomination.

Jewish leaders recently visited the White House for a Hanukah dinner, but the visit wasn’t purely celebratory.  A great number of the Jewish leaders expressed their concerns over a possible Hagel nomination.

Claims by a Democrat Jewish operative stated: “Hagel is one of the worst Senators in his party in memory when it comes to Israel”.

What has all these Jewish leaders worried?  The National Jewish Democratic Council had listed reasons to worry about Hagel with respect to Israel and the Jewish community at large:

  1. In August 2006, Hagel was one of only 12 senators who refused to write the EU asking them to declare Hezbollah a terrorist organization.
  2. In October of 2000 Hagel was one of only 4 senators who refused to sign a senate letter of support of Israel.
  3. In November 2001, Hagel was one of only 11 senators who refused to sign a letter urging President Bush not to meet Yassir Arafat until his forces had ended the violence against Israel.
  4. In December 2005, Hagel was one of only 27 senators who refused to sign a letter to President Bush to pressure the Palestinian Authorities to ban terrorist groups from participating in the Palestinian legislative elections.
  5. In June 2004, Hagel refused to sign a letter urging President Bush to highlight Iran’s nuclear program at the G-8 summit.
  6. He doesn’t like Matzah Ball soup.

Now I understand why Obama wants to nominate Chuckie.  He’s anti-semetic and pro-Muslim.  Perfect for the Obama administration.  This also could explain Chuckie’s hatred toward President Bush.  Bush invaded Muslim lands, that is forbidden in the Muslim religion.

Am I saying Hagel is a Muslim?  No!  I don’t even know if the guy believes in God, but he obviously doesn’t support Israel or the Jewish community.

Chuckie is another one of those “great moderates of history” that every public library has donated a special wing to,  so others can read of their great achievements. Hagel’s great moderate achievements happens to be– he supported the most divisive and radical person ever elected to be president, and they share  common enemies….Conservatives and Jews!

  1. Mike Ederer says:

I should run, sure why not…I need a job and the bennies are great.

-Want to protect the family farm?
-Nationalize the federal reserve write off the national debt, recall federal reserve notes and -Institute a system of public banking and usury free currency?
    -protect gun rights?
-Preserve the income tax (You don’t know the half of it if you think the Fair Tax is fair)
-The Fair Tax removes the tax burden from Business income, capital gains, royalties, speculation, investment banking, and places the tax entirely 100% on the back of the working consumer.
The Fair Tax contains no use tax.
Corporations and those with private businesses will escape it by buying through their business accounts.
Wall street , bankers and speculators won’t pay a dime.
Small business owners will be taxed as consumers.

In addition to shifting the entire US tax burden onto the consumer the Fair Tax also collects sales tax on services.
    Services are labor
    Earner income is from labor
can you smell what I’m stepping in?

Money is not wealth, Money is a medium of exchange.
Wealth comes from the working of resources into a useful or wanted thing.

The retail price of a good or service consists of:
    Added value + speculation(scarcity) + resources

Added value consists of Labor + intellectual property

When you tax added value you subtract your material cost from the sale price so an Added value tax is a back door tax on a restricted class of income as opposed to the income tax which is levied on income from whatever source (of income) derived.

The added value tax is a back door doubling down on earned income and royalties but leaves speculators and bankers off the hook.

The added value tax is a tax on the cost of Labor (greater then the income from labor) and income from Intellectual property.

gross labor costs consist of earned income ,employment taxes, benefits, insurance, human resources, Lawsuits, etc…

The income tax is a tax on the earned income portion of gross labor costs.
The fair tax like the added value tax is a tax on ALL labor costs.

Retail sales are taxed on the net sale price.
The Fair tax is a national sales tax without the reciprocal Use Tax.
anyone who’s ever had a Nebraska sales tax permit understands the use tax captures lost sales tax on business sales purchased not for resale but for consumption.

Sales tax taxes the net sale price of a thing or a service.
Sales tax ie “The Fair Tax” taxes:
    material expenses
gross labor costs(earned income plus employment taxes benefits, insurance and other costs)
    Income from speculation- Scarcity/Capital
    Income from Intellectual property

If they did pass the “Fair Tax” and repealed the 16th amendment we’d still have a government with the power to tax income.
The power to tax income comes from Article 1 section of the constitution.
Subsequent Supreme court cases rule the income tax an excise not required to be apportioned.
The 16th amendment as noted in the Brushabar vs UnionPacific railroad case did not create a new power to tax income because it has always existed in article 1 section 8 of the constitution.
The 16th amendment only removed the necessity for income from property to be apportioned (Pollack)
You would have to overturn at least 6 SCOTUS rulings, repeal the 16th amendment, and amend article 1 section 8 to end the power of the federal government to tax incomes.
It is relatively IMPOSSIBLE to impose a national sales tax and remove the power to tax incomes.

    It is hereby established that:

*The income tax is not just a tax on earned income of workers but also on the incomes of all participants in the economy.
*The Democrat supported “Added Value Tax” doubles down on some sources of income leaving the income tax in place.
*The Republican supported “Fair Tax” adds new sources of federal taxation, removes the tax burden from every participant in the economy except for the retail consumer and the small business person/entrepreneur and maintains the tax on incomes through taxation of services.
And makes an attempt to eliminate the income tax which is doomed to fail.

There is NOTHING fair about the “Fair Tax”

-want to protect social security and medicare? vote for me
-loosen restrictions against proven safe medications which would benefit patients if the FDA approved them for use in the US. The only reason they are not used is the patents have expired and no-one can afford to get cheap pills past the FDA even if they are already proven.
-Allow for the creation of non profit medical care coops owned by the insured.
-Expand support for voluntary public adult education
    -lower the federal income tax
-require all lands in conservancy tax suspension to be open to public use and hunting
-balance capital gains against the death tax or end the death tax or change the law so the death tax can be paid in advance or spread out over a number of years because corporations never die and it’s just not fair to fail to secure equal protection and full benefit of the law for all persons natural and legal.

Currently the sales tax on services is not levied uniformly throughout the state.
The 10th amendment to the US constitution established 3 totality of legal entities
    The Fed
    The States
    And The People
Since all county and local institutions are formed under the state constitution the 10th amendment to the US constitution defines The People as The Persons, US Citizens.

The federal government has it’s powers under the US constitution
The States and subsequent county and local institutions have their powers under their constitution
“The People” does not refer to institution.
“The People” are the tax payers.

Since the sales tax on services is empowered under state law then under the equal protection guarantee of the US constitution the sales tax in Nebraska would have to be levied uniformly across the state.
ALL retail services rendered in ALL counties would necessarily be taxed to preserve equal protection/ full benefit of the law.

    - it’s not fair to tax some service providers and not tax others while both are subject to the same jurisdiction.
Either repeal the state sales tax on services or apply it universally.

That’s the foundation of my platform- I have a long road ahead of me before I can even get enough traction to get on a ballot.

    Thank you for your consideration
